Nestled directly on the iconic Great Ocean Road, approximately 7 kilometres south-west of Lorne, Cumberland River Holiday Park offers a tranquil escape where the mountains meet the sea. Facilities:
- Amenities Blocks: Two amenities blocks providing showers, toilets, and wash-up sinks with hot and cold running water.
- Kiosk: A well-stocked kiosk selling milk, bread (seasonal), papers (seasonal), drinks, ice creams, lollies, chips, some grocery items, ice, firewood, and LPG gas bottle refills (provided your bottle has passed a safety check in the last 10 years).
- Fire Drums: Courtesy fire drums are available for loan, and firewood can be purchased.
- Kids Playground: A children's playground with a basketball ring and space for general play.
- Undercover Gas BBQs: Free-of-charge gas barbecues located in a historic hut, which also has fireplaces for colder nights.
- Laundry: Washing machines (4 x $1 coins for a 35-minute cycle) and dryers (4 x $1 coins or 2 x $2 coins for 20 minutes) are available. Laundry powder and change can be obtained from the office. Clotheslines are also provided.

- Cumberland Falls Walk: Accessible directly from the holiday park, offering a beautiful riverside walk through ancient rainforest with blue pools and waterfalls.
- Castle Rock Lookout: Can be accessed via a challenging hike through Angahook-Lorne State Park or by driving to a clearly marked parking area closer to Lorne for a shorter walk. Offers magnificent views over the holiday park, beach, and Bass Strait.
- Erskine Falls: One of the most popular waterfalls in the Otways, plunging 30 metres. Located near Lorne.
- Apollo Bay: A picturesque seaside fishing village approximately 45 minutes (37.4 km) drive south-west along the Great Ocean Road.
