Queenscliff Recreation Reserve

Deluxe cabins at Queenscliff Recreation Reserve

Queenscliff Recreation Reserve adjoins Victoria Park and is within easy walking distance to the Hesse Street shopping precinct, cafes and restaurants.

The water view cabins afford magnificent ocean vistas that allow you to watch the passing ships without leaving your cabin.

The park boasts a range of accommodation, including our standard self-contained two-bedroom cabins with views of the Mornington Peninsula and The Rip, budget cabins, powered camp sites and a state-of-the-art camp kitchen.

Adjoining the Queenscliff Recreation Reserve, Victoria Park is within easy walking distance to the Hesse Street shopping precinct, cafes and restaurants. Following the adoption of Council Policy 054: Victoria Park in August 2022, the park has been categorised into three separate sections, outlined below.

  • General Camping zones are open for camping from 1 December to 30 April each year, as well as on the weekend of the Queenscliff Music Festival (traditionally the last weekend of November annually)
  • Restricted Camping zones are open for low-impact camping (being camping with a tent, caravan or RV with a maximum open length of 6.5m) from 26 December to 31 January each year, as well as on the weekend of the Queenscliff Music Festival
  • Vegetation Reserve zones are permanently reserved for vegetation and are not open to any camping.

If you have any queries about whether your caravan is suitable for Restricted Camping zones, please contact the QTP team.

Please read the booking terms and conditions and park rules before booking.
