2008 Jayco Sterling 26' Dual Slide Out Caravan - EXCELLENT
This van is in very good condition, tows excellent. It has two Slide Outs and when extended there is a massive amount of room (like a small motel room on wheels), you don't have to have any slide out, or you can have one only or both out as the situation suits. There is a full stove (3 gas hotplates, 1 electric plate, gas grill and large gas oven) and a Range hood. It also has double sinks. Good size fridge and freezer can be used AC/Gas and a large microwave. There are plenty of draws and storage cupboards over head and at ground level.
It has a refrigerated air conditioner which incorporates a heater for winter, the thermostat has different settings for either cooling or heating.
The AM/FM Radio is also a CD Player, DVD player through the TV and has speakers in the ceiling in different rooms and can be used with it's remote control. The TV is on a wall mount that can be turned towards the dining/lounge area or the bedroom (this can also be used with it's remote).
The dining area is cafe style which seats 4, the lounge seats 3 people.
After this area you have a concertina door that can be closed if warranted which leads into the bedroom. The bedroom has a QUEEN bed. There are plenty of wardrobes, draws and cupboards over head and at ground level, and there is also under bed storage if needed.
There is a second concertina door that leads into the ensuite, which comprises of a large round shower, hot & cold mixer tap with a hand held flexible hose & shower head, bathroom basin again with mixer tap, toilet and an automatic washing machine. It has a large mirror and plenty of cupboards over head and at ground level.
The van has 2 x 90 ltr Water Tanks, double batteries, breakaway system, spare wheel with hard cover. There is a LARGE front boot which holds the two gas bottles and has ample storage space as well.
Outside the van is a very large awing which can be adjusted to the height you want.
THIS IS A VERY NICE VAN and would be perfect for anyone wanting to travel either FREE CAMPING or Caravan Parks. My wife and I have found it extremely comfortable.

The Jeep is top of the range, been looked after like a baby, VERY CLEAN inside and out, NO DENTS etc. NEVER been in an accident. NEVER been Off Road. Many extras. Selling for $7,000.
