Low Cost Camping in Victoria.
These are normally operated by the local Council, or State Parks.
They offer very affordable alternatives to free camping, with some campgrounds even better than traditional Caravan Parks

Self-contained RVs only - No Tents * No power/water/showers. All vans must be self-contained and leave no waste.
The local general store and Bethanga Pub is open from Wednesday to Sunday for counter lunch/tea. There is also an onsite Pizza Oven for campers use. Leave money in the honesty box at the gate
This is a nice forest campsite surrounded by trees. There are picnic tables fixed fireplaces and public toilets, this campsite gets busy during the holiday season, and you must book through Parks Victoria if you want to camp here.
Blanket Bay Camping Area campsites are more suited to Vehicle based camping and small camper trailers. Water tends to be a bit scarce, so it is better to bring your own. No Petrol Generators permitted. Take your Rubbish away with you.
To camp at the Boreang Camping Area you need to contact Brambuk the National Park & Cultural Centre in Halls Gap on ph: (03) 5361 4000. NOTE: 15 sites available
Broken Creek Bush Camp
Site is seasonal due to weather conditions, open till end of May. Must book in advance before arriving.
