Lake Anderson Caravan Park is a beautifully maintained park situated on approximately four acres, overlooking the picturesque Lake Anderson in Chiltern, Victoria. It's an ideal base for exploring the heritage town of Chiltern and its surrounds, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for visitors.

The park offers a range of facilities for a comfortable stay, including:
- Amenities Block: Conveniently located with separate male and female areas, each containing 4 showers and 4 toilets. Accessible toilets and showers for those with lowered mobility are also available. The ladies' area includes a baby change area and bath.
- Laundry Facilities: Situated opposite the ladies' toilets, with 3 coin-operated washing machines and 2 dryers. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Clotheslines are available behind privacy screens.
- Camp Kitchen: A fully equipped camp kitchen for guests' use.
- BBQ Facilities: All-weather BBQ areas are available.
- Dog Wash: A coin-operated K9000 Dog Wash ($10 for 10 minutes, includes heated water, shampoo, conditioner, flea & tick treatment, and blow dry). Tokens and change are available from reception.
- Dump Point: Available for caravan and RV waste.
- Dog Friendly: Pets are welcome on powered and unpowered sites in your own accommodation, provided they are leashed, supervised, and cleaned up after. (Pets are not permitted in cabins, the amenities block, or the camp kitchen).
- Shady, Flat, Clean Sites: The park features bitumen roads and established gardens with numerous elm, plane, oak, and ash trees providing ample shade.
- Variety of Sites: Includes numerous drive-through sites and options for "Big Rigs."
