You could try the Melbourne Mattress Factory.
They will custom make caravan mattresses.

We recently got some custom caravan cushions made from this website. I noticed they also offer mattresses as well and am planning to get a new one. Worth checking out, we're really pleased with our cushions.

Thanks for recommendations. Our matresses were pretty old, but they were amazing, so we used them for a long time. But this is the time to find new ones
