HELLOOOOOOOOOO
Me and the missus is in need of a few good tips from you wonderful caravaners.
You see, we vacate our home on 24/2/21 currently with nowhere to go so our cunning plan is buy a really good  caravan and holiday in it, maybe extensively, then live in it while we do major reno work on our new property. Thing is we know little or nothing about caravans and vehicles to tow it so we're askin you good people your views and advice. We are currently in Noosa hinterland, in our 60s and can pay up to $60k for a van and $40k for a vehicle. I like the troopys for their space, strength reliability and easily serviced and get parts for all over Oz. I'm doing my research into the pitfalls of buying such vehicles but i thought I'd go straight to the horses mouth. That's not to say I'm referring to you as a horse, beautiful creatures tho they are, figure of speech, you know.
Our thought is to get a caravan that offers good independent living capability so we don't have to use crowded van parks all the time. Maybe then an Off Roader with good solar, water, battery systems and tv, radio and techy ability, tho I'm about as techy as a housefly. Lesley is a bit better. But we do need to be able to keep in touch.
So if you know of any good rigs available or have any good tips for the uninitiated we'd be sooo pleased to hear from you.
The best to you all.

My advice is:
If you like a particular van, then do some reasearch on it. (No-one can really tell you whats right for you)
There are also facebook pages that could be handy in reasearch also.
